Football is known as the “Beautiful Game”. And with a reason, too. This is one sport that requires the grace and surety of a dancer, and selflessness towards team play. ‘Tis said that the perfect team should resemble a well-oiled machine, all parts working in tandem, and spectacular goals being the product of their collective work.

Rules

• The team should comprise of 16 players.
• There will be 2 halves each of 20 minutes.
• A break of 10 minutes will be given between the halves.
• There must be only 11 players on the playing field while the match is in progress.
• Only 3 substitutions will be allowed per team
• In case of a tie, the match will be decided through PENALTY SHOOT-OUTS.
• There will be no provisions for extra time after the playing time.
• A player given 2 YELLOW CARDS in the same match will NOT be allowed to continue any further in that match. He will not be allowed to play in the next match as well.
• No unfair play will be entertained. Decision of referees and organizers will be final and binding.
• Rest of the rules is standard.
