Fest Rules & Regulations:
Registration Rules::
  1. An institute can send only one group of students which will participate in various events to be held during ICTHALON’08.
  2. All registration applicants should have their nasmes on the Institute’s Letter head duly signed by the Head of the institution and should be produced at the time of registration.
  3. An institute should send only a single Registration Entry Form specifying all the events they wish to participate in.
  4. Institute is required to fill the details of the events they wish to participate, in the Registration Form available at www.icthalon.com & mail it at icthalon@icfaitechweb.com
  5. Registration starts on 16th March `08 and closes on 24th March `08. All institutes should register before the deadline. Any entry thereafter shall be entertained subject to availability of slots.
  6. Since there is a limit on the number of teams participating in a particular event, registration shall be on a first come first serve basis.
  7. Only 16 teams can register for Cicket Super Six
  8. Only 16 teams can register for Football.
  9. For all other games/sports 32 teams can participate.
  10. All participating teams have to follow the rules and regulations specified above.
  11. All decisions taken by the Student Activity Council, ICFAI TECH HYDERABAD regarding registration of teams shall be final and binding.
  12. Register for the fest by any one of the following methods: Email, Fax or Online.

Accomodation Rules:

    • Accommodation shall be provided to outstation participants on request. Teams should compulsory fill the accommodation request in the Registration Form enclosed and should be faxed on/before 25th March`08 to 040-23087336.
    • All accommodations should be confirmed in advance by phone on/before 25th march 2008.
    • A non–refundable fee of Rs.200/- and a refundable caution deposit of Rs.100/- per participant shall be charged for accommodation for four days.
    • Accommodation for a guide or coach accompanying a team shall be provided only if a request has been made in advance.
    • All decisions taken by the Student Activity Council, IcfaiTech, Hyderabad regarding accommodation facilities shall be final and binding.
